At Solang Valley Sports Center, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible while ensuring a fair policy for all parties. Please review our refund and cancellation policy below:

- Cancellations 30 Days Before Start Date: If you cancel 30 days or more before the trip start date, you will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee.

- Cancellations 15-30 Days Before Start Date: If you cancel between 15 and 30 days before the trip start date, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied, and 50% of your advance payment will be refunded.

-  Cancellations Within 0-15 Days Before Start Date: Cancellations made within 15 days of the trip start date will result in a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be provided.

- Booking and Payment Confirmation: Advance bookings are required for all adventure sports. Once payment is made, you will receive a booking confirmation via email.

- Experienced Pilots: An experienced pilot will be assigned to you based on your age and body weight.

- Advance Payment: A minimum of 20% of the total payment must be made in advance.

- Alcohol and Drug Policy: Participation in adventure sports may be denied without refund if the participant is found to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

- Fitness Requirements: Participants should be physically and mentally fit for the adventure sports.

- Equipment Provision: We provide equipment based on the age and body weight of the participant.

Adventure Sports Cancellation Policy

- Cancellations Within 24 Hours: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking.

- Cancellations Within 24 Hours to 7 Days: If you cancel between 24 hours and 7 days after booking, you will receive a 50% refund.

- Cancellations Within 7-30 Days: If you cancel between 7 and 30 days after booking, you will receive a full refund.
